2 cups Biscquick
1/4 cup vegan butter(I use Earth Balance)
2/3 cup almond milk
1 cup Daiya cheddar cheese
1/4 cup melted butter
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Place Biscquick and butter in large bowl and cut butter into biscuit until the butter is in small lumps. Add the milk and cheese and mix until everything is incorporated well but still kinda lumpy. Drop biscuits onto an ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
While biscuits are in oven melt 1/4 cup butter and garlic. After removing biscuits from oven brush the garlic butter mixture on each biscuits. Should make about 16 biscuits. Enjoy!
