Banana Macaroons

This recipe is very similar to the Vanilla Macaroon recipe with a few changes.  Just as delicious!


2c shredded coconut flakes
1c almond flour
3T melted coconut butter
1 ripe banana mashed 
1/2t vanilla
1/3c agave
1/4t salt
Process all ingredients in a food processor until well combined.  Scoop out using a cookie dough scooper, a tablespoon or shape into 1 inch balls and  place on a mesh dehydrator sheet. 
Dehydrate at 115 degrees for 12-14 hours.  Makes about 16 macaroons depending on how large your scoops are...Enjoy!
