I Love New York!

This past weekend in NYC was one of the best weekends I've had in a very long time!   I took the  DC to NY bus which was great!  One of my favorite parts of this trip is that I was able to experience it with my Russian friend, Tatiana, who had never been to NYC.  We also went to see Tori Amos at the Beacon.  Needless to say, she was awesome!  Thanks to my friend Connie, who is a childhood friend of Tori's, we had awesome seats and went backstage.  And I was finally able to go to Pure Food and Wine which is now my must go to restaurant when I'm in NYC!
My weekend in pictures...
Me and Tati on the bus

In NYC, heading to PF&W (Thank you @EthanTheVegan for walking directions from Penn Station)

We have arrived...Super Excited!!!

Caesar Salad...Amazing!!!

Gobbled it up! Bring on the next course...

Full of delicious guacamole...with corn, never had it that way but will make it that way from now on.

Tatiana had the lasagna and I snapped a photo before she devoured it!  We shared our entree's.  They were both incredible.

If I were home, that plate would have been licked clean!!!

This little mallomar was the perfect ending to that rawesome dinner!

Tatiana has the tiramisu...she said that it was the best she'd ever had(and she's not raw or vegan)

Walked around the corner and picked up some goodies from One Lucky Duck

Headed to the Beacon to see Tori Amos.

The show was unlike any concert I've ever been to...she is Incredible!

Back Stage!!!!
She is a very warm hearted person!  And she loves lipgloss!!!

We had an unforgettable experience.  The blonde next to Tori is my friend Connie, Tori's childhood friend!

Next Day Eats...brunch at Cafe Blossom

Loaded Nachos...Crispy, spicy and very satisfying!

Did a little more sight seeing...

Tatiana at Time Square

Me at Rockefeller Center

Empire State Building

Flat Iron Building

We were all over NYC...

What better way to end the whirl wind of a trip than the way it began...Back to PF&W

Spicy Sesame Salad

Sushi rolls

Do we have room for one more thing...I think we do

Spicy Thai Lettuce Wraps

Hmmmmm, what shall I end this beautiful NYC weekend with...

A Mallomar

NYC...you NEVER disappoint!!!
