Carrot Salad with Apples and Cranberries

Simple and delicious.  This is one of my favorite dishes to have in my fridge.  Good for breakfast lunch and dinner.

Ingredients...
5 1/2 cups shredded carrots
1/2 cup cranberries
1 apple cores and sliced into bite size pieces 
2 tbsp Agave
1/2 tsp  Sea Salt
1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper

Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.  I use a bowl with a lid so that I can shake all the ingredients around so that they are evenly coated.  Marinate for about 30 minutes to one hour.  Store in refrigerator.  Serve at room temperature.  Enjoy!!!!
